[Taking out the ingredients from the bag she brought, she instructs him to grab her a measuring cup, some spoons and a bowl. Once the items are measured out she dumps the flour, butter and sugar in said bowl, offering him two eggs to crack.]
Here. Add these and then stir it up. I'll add some vanilla too.
[Gokudera does as instructed easily and begins stirring. Luckily, the butter is soft enough that it's not too much of a struggle, and he's mixing carefully, maybe too slowly.]
It's so gritty...
[He points out, hearing the sugar scrape at the side of the bowl as he stirs in the eggs and tries to smush the butter with the back of the spoon.]
[The mixing is getting easier, and he doesn't have to work so hard. It still seems gritty, but he'll reserve judgment.]
Is it ready yet?
[He asks her, but still keeps stirring, better to be certain. It looks good. Doesn't look like something they should eat, but... maybe that's part of the fun.]
[Gokudera spoons a little bit of the dough and makes certain to get a chocolate chip... just in case he doesn't like it. But once it's in his mouth, he gives an excited little hum and nods.]
