weve been together for almost three now no he hasnt he doesnt like talking about his problems he did say he needed help though and he did promise me after that he would talk to me i dont know if he will though

Good, that's a start. There are means, I've learned, to make it that alcohol doesn't taste good to him, could even make him sick. There's medications for it back home that do that as well.
Though I wouldn't want to give them to him without him knowing either. Otherwise it's just poisoning him.
Because from what you're telling me there sounds as if there is a problem, and one that could be effecting his life and your time together. Do you think he would speak to me as a doctor?
